Securicall recognise the importance of delivering quality security guarding services and in being fully accountable to our clients and employees. To this end we have invested significantly in quality standards. We are an ISO 9001:2008 registered company, a member of SITO and an SIA ACS Approved Contractor. The SIA ACS is a voluntary quality management system that encourages continuous improvement and is a universally recognised hallmark of quality for suppliers of security services.

Securicall UK Ltd holds SIA approved contractor status for the provision of Security Guarding and Keyholding services.

Securicall maintains a detailed Quality Manual and Quality Processes in order to fully document our Company Polices and Procedures. The Manual describes our dedication to Quality and the processes we use. The requirements are to achieve customer and staff satisfaction by meeting requirements through applying the management system, continually improving our services and management system, and by avoiding any nonconformity.

Other policies such as Health and Safety, Environmental and Data Protection are all included in the Manual. There are also a full range of procedures, covering Non-Conformance, Customer Property, Process Control and Disciplinary Procedures.
